Yes — every new enquiry is offered a free 30-minute consultation with a senior solicitor to assess your matter.

How are your fees structured?

We offer fixed fees, capped fees and hourly rates depending on the matter. We always agree pricing in writing before work begins.

Are you regulated?

Kolia Solicitors is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Our SRA number is available on request.

Can you represent international clients?

Yes. Our multilingual team regularly advises clients across the EU, GCC, US and Asia on UK legal matters.

How quickly can you start on my matter?

Typically within 48 hours of instruction, faster for urgent matters. We can act on the same day where required.
